Make sure to add all the information about your original order (order number, name, shipping address, phone number, etc.) to your package.
Store returns are not accepted. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package is the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our branch. Astral Sécurité is not responsible for the returned packages that have been lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received. They must be in their original packaging and must not have been opened.
Any item received that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted and the refund will not be issued to the customer. The customer may request a new delivery of his item, but must bear the shipping costs.
Once the items have been received by our team, we will make sure that they are in good condition and that they meet the terms of our return policy. If all conditions are met, we'll refund you in the form of a store credit for the value of your purchase. This credit can be used to purchase other products from our online store and has no expiration date.
We will contact you if your items are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that it may take a few days before you receive your store credit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately to let us know. We will discuss with you a possible solution depending on the situation.
